Message	Many STi VF39 turbos have hairline cracks at the wastegate and from what I've read they are of no issue whatsoever. My STi never had the crack so I cant exactly speak from experience but from what I've read on it I wouldn't hesitate to buy a cracked VF39 when I do the swap on my WRX Wagon. I would think that if it's not an issue of the STi turbos it shouldn't be an issue on yours. Food for thought, good luck
